Conference Rooms
The Keating Millennium Centre proudly offers a variety of well appointed rooms that weredesigned with exceptional comfort, technology, and flexibility. All rooms are extensively wired for network and internet connectivity and all podiums offer LCD touch screen control over every aspect of presentation. 

Corporate / IT Training Suites
Corporate / IT Training Suites are available in whole or half day increments. Rental prices include setup, tables, chairs, internet access, podium, microphone, and sound system. Each room is capable of holding approximately 100 people in a theatre setting, or 45 in a classroom setting with tables. All 3 rooms are partitioned with soundproof modular walls and can open to create a double or triple size room. 

Hospitality Suites
Hospitality Suites are available in hourly or daily increments. Each suite is capable of holding approximately 25 people in a theatre setting, or 15 people in a classroom setting. Hospitality suites are inclusive of setup, tables, chairs, and internet access. All 3 rooms are partitioned with soundproof modular walls and can open to create a double or triple size room. 

Executive Board Room
The Executive Board Room is available in hourly or whole day increments. The Executive Board room is capable of holding approximately 40 people in a theatre setting, or 25 people in a boardroom setting. Rent is inclusive of setup, tables, chairs, internet access, wireless LCD touch screen control, podium, microphone, and sound system. 

Complete Facility
The complete Keating Millennium Centre Conference facility includes all of the above listed rooms and the use of hallways and foyer for registration or display areas.
